Yulier P (Yulier Rodríguez Pérez) is an award-winning artist whose work has been shown internationally in the United States and Japan. His street art often speaks to social and systemic abuses that lead to human suffering. Yulier has an ongoing installation called "Regalos" in which he takes rubble from delapidated buildings and paints on the small pieces, leaving them throughout the city. @yuliergraffiticuba
